Meet Andreia

I had the opportunity to work with Andreia Lima for over 10 years, during which she consistently demonstrated exceptional, results-driven leadership. She played a critical role in the development and launch of our Breast Imaging program, which grew into a network of 18 breast centers with comprehensive biopsy services. Her leadership was especially evident during periods of growth and change, providing clear guidance through strategic pivots, evolving procedures, and state oversight requirements. Even during inevitable growing pains, she remained steady, thoughtful, and solutions-focused, ensuring compliance and continued progress. Her ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence has left a lasting impact on our program’s success.
